Julie Watters is wellness trainer, coach, and educator who brings a whole-person approach to her work. Blending in over two decades of experience as a visual and performing artist and teacher with her comprehensive background in movement and specific actions around disease, chronic illness, and trauma, she delivers creative and engaging new ways for adults and children to embrace healthy living.
Julie is the owner of a new brick-and-mortar wellness facility in her hometown of Leeds, AL, Fit City Movement & Arts. A judgement free space, Fit City allows patrons a variety offerings geared toward embodiment, strength, balance, expression, and community.
Julie regularly designs and delivers programs to corporations, academic institutions, civic groups and non-profits.
