Goat Yoga w/ Acmar Acres

Back for the second year, Acmar Acres brings the delightfully fun newest members of the goat crew to shake loose your yoga routine. Take your cues from the playful and adventurous nature of these cuties and follow their deep relaxation style to gain an hour of soul-satisfying stretches and smiles.

Tips for success:

-secure long hair into a pony tail or bun.

-BYOmat and water container.

-Wear sunscreen

-Wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little dirty.

-bring shoes for walking the grounds before and after class.

Baby Goat Meet & Greet w/ Acmar Acres

Not into Goat yoga, but want to spend time with baby goats? Enjoy a yoga-free meet & greet with the newest members of the Acmar Acres Goat squad. Enjoy petting, playing with, holding, and maybe even feeding these adorable little baby goats.

Tips:

-NO outside food, please

-BYOwater

-bring your camera or phone for selfies

-wear comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting a little messy in.

-Wear shoes that stay secure on your feet.

-wear long hair in a secured bun or ponytail (they like to munch on hair!)

Monthly Soundbath w/ Jessica Carmon

Allow an hour to get still and let the stress of life melt away.

You will be guided into meditation and then experience the soothing tones of Himalayan Sound Bowls.  These bowls are tuned to balance the chakras offering deep relaxation and energetic alignment. 

The sounds of the bowls along with the energy of the experience will help you shift out of the stress response a create space within yourself for peace.

Participants are encouraged to sit or lie down in a comfortable position while in meditation.  No experience necessary. Yoga mats and blankets provided. Feel free to bring any other supportive props.
